Health:
  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
  4. Live with the 3 E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
  5. Play more games.
  6. Read more books than you did in 2010.
  7. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  8. Sleep for 7 hours.
  9. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
Personality:
  1. Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  2. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
  3. Don’t over do. Keep your limits.
  4. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
  5. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
  6. Dream more while you are awake.
  7. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
  8. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.

Random Food - Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup

So it's been a while since I took these, but I made these for March 17 - St Patricks Day. There was green cauliflower in our bountiful baskets one Saturday and so I thought it would be fun to make this. Wisconsin Cauliflower soup. SoO good!

Hmm... Makes you wonder....

Makes you wonder what they are putting in a lot of foods. This was just comparing better Mac N Cheese to the icky Mac N Cheese.

Sorry it's been a while again. I thought I was getting back in the swing of things... But nope. A few things we've been doing...

*Bought bikes so we can go riding
*Worked for a management company for 1-1/2 months
*Started planting beans and trying to plant bell peppers (haven't come up yet)
*Going to run in this 5K with my sister, brother and possibly step father
*Chase working on his Iron Man Costume! He'll have to create a post for that! :) It's awesome

Ya in the past month that's about all that we've been doing! Pretty boring right? :)
